envi-pur waste water treatment plants
BIO CLEANER BC4 - 15 P.E.
2 YEARS WARRANTY
Introduces new types of waste water treatment plants
This new type of the BIO CLEANER treatment
plant is another important step in this technology. The
BIO CLEANER waste water treatment plant proudly entered the new
millennium. The BIO CLEANER family is a new
generation of automatically controlled treatment plants and is based on the the
latest knowledge from the field of waste water treatment. The functioning of the
treatment plants and technical and qualitative parameters of the production heve
been verified by the Technical and Testing Institute in Prague.
CHARACTERISTICS OF BIO-CLEANER TREATMENT
PLANTS
The BIO CLEANER plants are designed to
deal with the smallest individual sources of sewage water, e.g. family
houses, guest houses, etc. The new plants are replacing obsolete septic
tanks both from the efficiency and financial viewpoint, and conform with
today's living requirements. They allow cleaned waste water to be discharged
from bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, washing machines, dishwashers. At the
same time the cost of the water treatment is very low. Compared with
previous models, the technical design of the BIO
CLEANER WWTP allows you to manage unequal and discontinuous
streams of waste water. The treatment plant is equipped with a trap to catch
the floating impurities.

PREPARATION FOR INSTALLING THE BC 4
The BC 4 WWTP is 1600 mm deep. If it needs to be placed deeper, an additional
plastic attachment is required. The WWTP must be installed on a concrete base
100 mm thick. The blower´s air hose is inserted via a plastic or steel tube
having a minimum diameter of 60 mm. In exceptional cases the bottom of the tank.
The plant can also be supplied with a removable wooden or laminate roof. The
space around the WWTP can be filled with screened soil or concrete, following
the installation instructions for filling or pouring concrete.
ELECTRICIAL INSTALLATION
A 230 v junction box is required close to the control cabinet of the treatment
plant, connected to its own circuit breaker 230 V / 1.5 A located in the main
switchboard. An electrical connection is made between the electric cabinet and
the diaphragmal blower, and the energy requirement is 130 W / 230 V.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION
The total operation of the waste water treatment plant
(WWTP) (except for the blower running control) is controlled by a computer
unit, installed in the electric cabinet of the WWTP. At the set time
intervals it switches the solenoid valves which provide for necessary
procedures and together with the possibility of oxygen volume regulation in
the system they guarantee:
- the economical operation of the plant
- the possibility of changing the plant operation
according to different inlet parameters
- the removal of any floating impurities
- minimum maintenance and manning of the plant
The control unit immediately signals a defect allowing a follow-up
assessment and inspection of the plant.
- High quality cleaned water at a significantly
lower price
Compared to the previous model, the
ENVI-PUR of
BIO CLEANER system is much more
economical. The quality parameters of the cleaned water allow it to be
used as a source of fire-fighting water in mountainous areas or for
watering parks, gardens and for street or road sprinkling. With the
approval of the water authorities the cleaned water may be discharged
into local storm water or sewerage drains. The usage of these plants is
very advantageous especially in decentralized sewerage systems as local
WWTPs. The systems may employ gravitational, pressure or vasuum methods
of sewerage transfer.
- Technical parameters and quality have been tested
and approved by the State Testing Laboratory
- Total elimination odour
- Reduction of excessive sludge production
- Low operating costs
- Minimum maintenance required
- Tradition and experience
So far we have installed more than 7500 BIO CLEANERS.
